New Years Eve

I volunteered to watch the kids for New Years Eve so that Ooy and David could go out and enjoy themselves. I wanted to do something with the kids so we rugged up and headed to the zoo where they had Christmas lights, hot chocolate, new years eve crafts and of course animals. A lot of the animals were either sleeping or hiding away because it was so cold but there was still enough to keep the kids interested.

We also went on the carousel. Ethan is a chicken when it comes to EVERYTHING so he had to sit on the seat that doesn't move while the rest of us went on the animals that move. We didn't actually make it to the countdown at 9 though. Ethan decided it was time to go home at around 8 because he was too cold. It was cold though, my phone even turned off when we got into the car because it was too cold to function!
